What this website collects

The website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising, and has no forms. It does not ask you for any information.

This website is hosted by Image ICT Solutions. Its server logs record visitors’ IP addresses, and those logs are kept for no longer than seven days.

We use the logs only to keep the website working and secure. This is our legitimate interest in a website that works and is not misused: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

When you contact us

If you phone or email us, we use your name, your contact details and what you tell us to answer your enquiry and, if a project goes ahead, to quote for and carry out the work. When you contact us for yourself, this is a step you ask us to take before a contract: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. When you contact us for your company, it is our legitimate interest in answering the enquiry: Article 6(1)(f). Emails are stored by our email provider, Microsoft. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you, and project records for as long as the law requires.

Our films are on YouTube, and our address links to Google Maps. Nothing from either loads on this website. If you follow one of those links, that service’s own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by contacting us as above. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.
